Colorado Springs Neurological Associates is again honored to have representation for each of our departments recognized in Top Doctors. Proudly serving the community since 1959, CSNA manages all varieties of neurological conditions, leveraging the experience and skill of our various clinicians working in concert to best educate and treat our patients. CSNA is incredibly excited to welcome neuropsychologist Dr. Brittni Morgan to our team, thus adding to the services we are proud to provide to the community. The services we provide range from excellence in brain and spine surgery to general neurology to include EMG and EEG procedures, interventional pain procedures, and much more as supported by our research department and on-site infusion center. As CSNA continues to establish lasting relationships in support of our patients and the community, we are also glad to announce the addition of another neurologist to our team in Dr. Richard Chough, who will be joining this fall.

Dr. Ronald Hammers is honored to be selected Top Doctor for the fifth consecutive year as he celebrates his 10th year at CSNA. He specializes in cranial and spinal neurosurgery, including expertise in cervical disc replacement and is truly invested in the health and well-being of his patients. Of the utmost importance to Dr. Hammers is that he and his team spend quality time with patients so that everyone involved has a full understanding to achieve the best possible outcomes together.

Dr. Laurence Adams and CSNA commemorate his 25th year with the group in 2021 along with another much-appreciated recognition in Top Doctors. As a general neurologist he finds his time in the exam room alongside patients while working to discover, educate, and understand diagnoses to be the most rewarding experience. He values the collaborative efforts to serve the patients at CSNA and with fellow physicians in the community.

Dr. Scott Ross completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation followed by a fellowship in pain management both at the Mayo Clinic. His interests include nonoperative spine care including interventional pain procedures in the treatment of neck and back pain. Dr. Ross grew up in Colorado Springs. He is active in the community and has served on a number of local boards. He is passionate about taking the time to serve his patients at CSNA with a thoughtful and meticulous approach that involves working with the patient. He is grateful to again be nominated as a Top Doctor.
